Dale A. Bielak, 64, of Berwyn, IL passed away October 31, 2018. Beloved son of the late Henry and Dorothy Bielak; loving father of Kelly (Anthony) Cassani; cherished brother of Cindy (Todd) Rutherford; adoring uncle of Jill (Michael) McFadden and Ryan Rutherford. Dale will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
