Rich had a successful career as an Executive Recruiter.  He was the CEO & Founder of Richard Michael Group, Inc. (RMG) with offices in Chicago, IL and Scottsdale, AZ specializing in Technology and Banking.  RMG was acquired by Randstand  in 2012.  Rich continued working in the recruiting industry until his passing in 2018.  He resided in Scottsdale, AZ.
