March 20, 1954 - October 3, 2022

David A. Visk, 68, of Cape Coral, FL, formerly of Lyons, IL passed away on October 3, 2022. Dave attended Morton West HS and went on to work for Mazur & Son Construction for 49 years. He served as Mayor of Lyons from 1997-2001 and 2005-2009. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, watching the Chicago Bears, and spending time with his family. His kindhearted spirit helped and touched all who knew him. He is survived by his beloved wife of 32 years, Michelle, his children, Julie (Tom) Douglas, JoAnne (Shaun) Sloan, David (Dre) Visk, his grandchildren, Brody & Shane Sloan, his siblings, Linda Philippon, Bill (Pete), Tim (Lynn), Ken, Judy (Jeff) Novak, as well as many others whom he loved dearly.  A memorial mass will be held at St. Cletus, 600 W. 55th St, LaGrange, IL on November 4, 2022, at 10am.
