Nora Ann Laureto nee James. Passed away unexpectedly Saturday, September, 23rd 2023. Beloved Wife of Tony Laureto, for a loving 47 years. Devoted Mother of Michael (Madalyn) Laureto and MaryBeth Georges. Loving Daughter of the late Ronald James and the late Maryann James nee Sykora. Fond Grandmother of Abigail, Charlotte, Everleigh and Sawyer. Dear Sister of Daniel James, John (Annie) James and Patricia James. Dear Aunt of Johnny James and Joey James.
Family and friends are to gather for the visitation Sunday, October, 1st 2:00-8:00 P.M. at Russo’s Hillside Chapels, 4500 Roosevelt Road, Hillside, IL, 60162. Funeral to follow Monday, October, 2nd 2023 at Russo’s Hillside Chapels at 8:00 A.M. proceeding to St. Leonard’s Catholic Church, 3318 Clarence Ave, Berwyn, IL, 60402. It was heartbreaking to hear Sunday afternoon that Nora had passed away unexpectly. We attended St Mary of Celle grade school and were in Girl Scouts together. I had recent exchanges with her as we had a few SMC get togethers recently. Nora was an alderwoman in Berwyn for many years and was very involved with the City of Berwyn. Rest in Peace Nora.
