Funeral Tuesday, March 16 at 10:30 a.m. from Joseph Nosek & Sons Funeral Home, 6716-18 W. 16th St., corner of Euclid, Berwyn to St. Mary of Celle Church. Mass 11 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven. Visitation begins 7:30 p.m. Sunday

Kathy was a friend from St Mary of Celle as well as Morton. I have fond memories of our time in Girl Scouts and our campouts at Camp Wild Rose, reading books, (Valley of the Dolls-LOL), in her backyard, playing Ouija with friends on her front porch and so much more. For some reason we gave her the nickname of "Cootie" and I wish I could remember why. Though she's been gone for over 50 years, I remember her often, keep her in my prayers, and do a drive-by when I'm making the rounds at Queen of Heaven. RIP my friend.
